I liked the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how very responsive the staff was. Impeccable unit with a cosy decor. Strategic location to banff avenue. Lovely garden and well-maintained pool area.
Facilities were simply wonderful, however Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Location and rooms were okay, I loved every detail. And it also had SPECTACULAR view. The a decent size bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was great budget. Also, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really handy.
